Debbie Go, M.Ed., BCBA

Mrs. Go is part owner of Behavior Analytic Solutions and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She holds a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. Debbie also received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento. She is a current member with California Association for Behavior Analysis (CalABA) and has participated in conference presentations. Additionally, Debbie meets the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BACB) qualifications to supervise BCaBAs, RBTs, and Exam Candidates. Her experience in the field includes holding positions from a therapist level to a senior behavior consultant, and working with individuals of all age ranges. Debbie’s experience comes from working directly with clients and utilizing the most effective and scientifically validated treatment within the field. Her passion for helping individuals succeed started well before being in the field of ABA and she continues to be dedicated to supporting our clients reach their highest potential using ABA principles.

Elyce Gunsch, B.A., BCaBA

Elyce Gunsch is part owner of Behavior Analytic Solutions and a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. She received her BCaBA from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development with a minor in Child Development from Sonoma State University. Elyce also meets the BCBA supervision standards to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians.

Elyce’s clinical experience includes working directly with clients as a therapist to the assessment and development of programming as a Behavior Consultant. Her passion is working with children, watching them grow, and helping them further develop their skills and reach their fullest potential. Elyce is a part of the California Association for Behavior Analysis (CalABA) where she can access the most innovative research, attend conferences, and support a large community of behavior analysts looking to provide our clients with the highest quality services, both ethically and clinically.  As a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst, Elyce continues to learn and share the implementation of behavior analysis with others.

Kaitlyn Tamashiro, M.A., BCBA

Kaitlyn began working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2013 and has since worked with clients within in-home and center-based environments. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst through the BACB and has been a part of the Behavior Analytic Solutions team since 2019. She graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a B.A. in Psychology and received her Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in ABA through Arizona State University.

Kaitlyn began pursuing behavioral feeding services because a large majority of her clients were in need of this service, however accessibility to resources for them seemed limited. She received training through the Behavioral Integrated with Speech Approach to Feeding Therapy program by Elise Jusko M.S., CCC-SLP and Laura Seiverling, PhD, BCBA-D. Through behavioral feeding services, Kaitlyn is able to apply ABA principles to help expand each child’s variety of foods consumed, decrease food selectivity, and address eating struggles each family is experiencing. Individualized feeding goals will be provided to address your child’s specific needs. By providing feeding services, Kaitlyn is able to better serve her clients and help them lead more independent lives.

Kimberly Mabanta, M.A., BCBA

Kim has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2012 and has since dedicated herself to expanding her education, research, and clinical experience to better serve her clients and their families. She obtained her bachelor's degree at California State University, Sacramento (CSUS), while majoring in Psychology, with an emphasis on ABA, and a minor in Child Development. After graduation, she stayed at CSUS to complete her master's degree and all requirements to receive her BCBA certification. While completing her studies, Kim presented at state- and nation-wide conferences, published in behavior-analytic journals, and worked diligently to hold different positions while serving her clients. Her clinical experience includes providing direct treatment to individuals across age-ranges as a paraprofessional, mid-level positions managing programs, working with stakeholders, and ensuring quality supervision to staff, to high-level positions supervising programs, clinical implementation, and agency-wide staff management. With her education, research, and clinical experience, Kim continually strives to ensure delivery of high-quality, individualized, and compassionate behavior-analytic services.

John Bonifacini, M.A., BCBA

John Bonifacini is a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) and a dedicated professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). He completed the Graduate Program from Florida Institute of Technology after earning a Master’s degree from American Public University and a Bachelor’s degree from Sonoma State University. While maintaining the highest standards of ethical practice and professionalism in ABA, John aspires to make meaningful contributions to the field through the transformative impact of his work. His clinical experience includes working with clients and caregivers in various settings, such as in-home, community, school, and center-based environments. John is committed to delivering evidence-based treatments, evaluating environmental modifications, and fostering the growth of client skill sets.

Christina Montes, M.A., BCBA

Christina Montes is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 10 years of professional experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and two Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology (ABA Concentration) and Communication Studies from California State University, Sacramento (CSUS). She brings a strong academic foundation to her clinical practice with her educational background, publications in behavior-analytic journals, and conference presentations.

Christina has a passion for working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Her clinical experience spans from implementing in-home programs for early intervention and functional adaptive programs, directing center-based social skills programs, as well as supervising interventions in the school setting. Christina has had the privilege of working with a multitude of populations with different diagnoses, including individuals aged 2 to 75+ years. Christina has also collaborated with teachers, speech therapists, and mental health specialists to meet the needs of the families she works with. With a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, Christina continues to emphasize an ethical science-based approach to ensure positive long-term client outcomes.
